About Kris Gann
Hood River and its surrounding areas of the Columbia River Gorge are truly one of the Last Best Places on the planet to live, work, play, and retire. Incredible natural beauty greets you everywhere you travel throughout this National Scenic Area and beyond. The unique quality of life within this beautiful area is what originally drew us and equally motivates me to preserve it. Green and sustainable real estate choices impact our planet just as surely your choice of the kind of automobile you drive and countless other options. By reducing the resource use of our homes we can reduce our Ecological Footprint and the negative impacts we are having on the environment. There are green options available for both existing and new construction and there are many ’shades’ of green. Because of my ongoing environmental concerns and commitment to my clients I have completed the GREEN, EcoBroker® and Earth Advantage® S.T.A.R. Certifications. While this doesn’t make me an expert, it does give me the ability to review and explain the various green building options with my clients. Our area offers a variety of real estate opportunities including charming “Downtown” homes, country properties with acreage, raw land, and traditional commercial properties.
